In 1976, after gaining 10 years of experience in Adana, the capital of kebabs, alongside his beloved master Sami Ekmekçi, Münir Aydın opened his own kebab restaurant in Çınarlı neighborhood, which quickly became a favorite spot for kebab lovers. Later, he opened four more restaurants in Adana, providing even more kebab enthusiasts with the opportunity to experience this unique flavor.
After his success in Adana in 1999, Münir Aydın came to Bursa with the idea of introducing this flavor to the West. He opened his shop on Heykel Ünlü Street and, under the name ADANA SOFRASI, once again demonstrated the importance of his unique flavor to Bursa kebab lovers, saying, "The eyes may deceive, but the stomach never does."
